The mART Program (Master in Action Research and Transformation) is an executive master’s program focused on transformation management. Designed for mid-to-senior-level executives, mART equips participants with transformation leadership and strategic capabilities through applied action research, live case studies, and collaborative learning. It integrates academic rigor with practical insight, preparing leaders to manage complex, multi-dimensional change in dynamic environments.

The mART Program aims to develop transformation leaders who can navigate the increasing complexity and unpredictability of today’s business world. It is designed to equip participants with the ability to adopt, design, and implement innovative management tools tailored to dynamic environments. Through hands-on engagement with real organizational challenges, participants gain practical experience in driving meaningful change. A core focus of the program is to enhance the capacity for knowledge co-generation using action research methodologies, allowing leaders to become both reflective practitioners and agents of systemic transformation. The Master 's Degree in Master in Action Research and Transformation ( second cycle in Master in Action Research and Transformation) is awarded to the graduates who have successfully completed all courses in the curriculum.

Second Cycle

Students must obtain a grade point average of at least 3.00 out of 4.00 and successfully pass all courses on the programme.
