The Master in Finance (MiF) Program is a highly rigorous, 12-month, part-time professional degree designed for individuals seeking expertise in applied finance. The program offers a comprehensive theoretical foundation while equipping students with practical skills in financial software and tools. Developed in collaboration with an Advisory Board of seasoned finance professionals, the curriculum is meticulously aligned with the evolving demands of the modern financial landscape.

Program Objectives

The Master in Finance (MiF) Program is a 12-month, part-time master's program designed to equip students with the essential skills needed for a successful career in the finance industry. Combining a strong theoretical foundation with a practical, hands-on approach, the program offers a comprehensive financial skill set that provides a competitive edge in professional careers. Structured under the guidance of an Advisory Board comprising accomplished finance executives, the program is tailored to develop the full spectrum of expertise required by today’s finance professionals. The curriculum covers a broad range of corporate finance and investments courses while incorporating essential tools such as financial econometrics and programming to ensure a well-rounded education.

Qualification Awarded

The Master 's Degree in Finance ( second cycle in Finance) is awarded to the graduates who have successfully completed all courses in the curriculum.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations

Students must obtain a grade point average of at least 3.00 out of 4.00 and successfully pass all courses on the programme.

Recognition of Prior Learning

At Sabancı University, apart from formal education institutions, there is no recognition process for informal-based or experience-based (in-formal and non-formal) learning.
